How long will my order take to arrive?
In the case that it comes from the geographical area of the peninsula or the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is usually three or four days.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, consult email@example.com.
In the case of Europe, the delivery time is approximately 8 days.
If you make the purchase on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the shipment will be processed on the first business day after the day the order is placed.
Weekends are non-business days (both in our warehouse and in transport) so they will not be counted in the total number of days.
The estimated time for the delivery of your order is the one that we have detailed in the first point. Given the circumstance that this period could be extended due to any incident in its management, you will be notified as soon as possible.
All items are subject to availability in our warehouse. In the case of not being able to send a product, we reserve the right to notify you by email or telephone, offering similar items. If you do not wish to place/change your order for such replacement items, we will refund the amount of the item(s) we are unable to ship.
In periods of strong activity (Christmas, Bank Holidays), delivery times may vary.
Can I buy at mediterraneanwear.com from a country other than Spain?
Our page mediterraneanwear.com, allows the purchase of our articles from the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
In Europe you can buy our articles from France, Germany, Holland, Luxembourg and Belgium. This year we added Portugal( continental area ),Italy, Austria and Denmark.
From other countries ( rest EU ), you can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the items that interest you and we will make an assessment, without obligation on your part.
In orders made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and in International shipments, the client will be solely responsible for the additional expenses that said shipment may generate, such as bank charges, customs charges or Tax declarations.
Where can I receive my purchase?
Your purchase will be sent to the delivery address that you indicate in your shipping information.
The delivery address may be different from the buyer's address, which may be useful to give a gift or to receive the order at work or if you are outside your usual residence.
We have available the collection of orders in our physical store in Lloret de Mar. Therefore, you can mark the option "collection in store" and we will notify you by email when the order is ready to be collected. This option is totally free.
In the case of not being at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will contact you by phone or email to arrange the delivery. It is important that we have your complete information to be able to contact you.

Note: Currently our website is adapted for shipments in the countries mentioned above. In case of shipments to other countries (rest UE) , contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. An estimate of the order will be made with the shipping costs to request your approval before preparing the shipment.
With which transport company do we send the package?
As a general rule, we work with GLS. In case we consider it necessary, we reserve the possibility of using another means of transport. In this case, if this change may vary any of the delivery conditions, you will be notified by email.
When your order is on the way you will receive an email with the notification.
How I can keep track of my order?
Mediterraneanwear will inform you of the process of preparing and sending your order by email. You can also log in to your account, access the order and track it. Once Mediterraneanwear delivers the package to the transport company, it will be the latter that will inform you of the tracking of the package.
What forms of payment are available?
Credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD)
Cash on delivery (for the Peninsula)
In case of payment against delivery, a payment of €3 will be applied for management expenses.
