When can I make a return or exchange?
The delivered item does not correspond to the order placed.
The delivered item has some manufacturing defect.
There is an error in the size of the product.
What conditions must the product meet for its return?
It must not be used.
It must not have suffered any damage. The packaging and the product must be in perfect condition.
It must have its label and the packaging will be the same as the one it arrived in or a similar format.
Orders containing a gift must also be returned with the product.
Returns or exchanges for the same order must be made all at once and not in parts.
What do I do if the package doesn’t arrive in good condition?
All Mediterranean Wear products are carefully inspected before shipping.
We recommend that you ensure the packaging is in good condition before accepting the package. By signing the receipt, you implicitly accept that the package is in good condition. Therefore, if it has been damaged, the shipping company will not be responsible for subsequent claims. If the packaging is not in good condition or there is a problem with the order, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY and contact Mediterranean Wear to report the incident and find the best solution.
How can I make a return?
Before making a return, please contact Mediterranean Wear and they will inform you of the return process. This process will be tailored to each situation.
In-store returns. If you want to return an order and are in Lloret de Mar, you can visit our physical store at C/ Narcís Fors, 9. There, we will process the return and resolve any issues.
Any return without prior notification will be rejected by Mediterranean Wear.
What is the deadline for making a return?
According to the Retail Trade Regulation Act, Royal Decree 7/2021, as of April 27, 2021, the customer has 30 days to make a return, counting from the day the shipping company made the delivery. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
How will I receive my refund?
- Card: You will receive a credit to the account associated with the card.
- PayPal: You will receive a credit in your PayPal account.
- Bank transfer: We’ll ask for your bank details (IBAN/BIC) so we can process the refund transfer.

If the return is due to causes inherent to Mediterranean Wear,
- The delivered item does not correspond to the order placed
- If the delivered item has a manufacturing defect, the costs will be borne by Mediterranean Wear.
If the return or exchange is due to a customer error when placing the order, the costs will be borne by the customer.
These costs will be specified when processing the return, and the customer’s approval will be requested.
