How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For orders from the Iberian Peninsula or the Balearic Islands, delivery times are typically three or four days.

For shipping to the Canary Islands, please contact tienda@mediterraneanwear.com.

In the case of Europe, the delivery time is approximately 8 days.


It should be taken into account:

If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, your shipment will be processed on the first business day after the order is placed.

Weekends are non-working days (both in our warehouse and for transport) so they will not be counted in the total number of days.

The estimated delivery time for your order is as detailed in the first point. Due to the possibility of this period being extended due to any incident in the processing of your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.

All items are subject to warehouse availability. If we are unable to ship a product, we reserve the right to notify you by email or phone, offering similar items. If you do not wish to place or exchange your order for substitute items, we will refund the price of the item(s) we are unable to ship.

During periods of high activity (Christmas, long weekends), delivery times may vary.


Can I purchase from mediterraneanwear.com from a country other than Spain?

Our website, mediterraneanwear.com, allows you to purchase our items from the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

In Europe, you can buy our products from France, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Starting this year, we’ve also added Portugal (mainland), Italy, Denmark, and Austria.

For other countries (rest of the EU) you can send us an email to tienda@mediterraneanwear.com with the items you are interested in and we will give you a free, no-obligation assessment.


For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, and for international shipments, the customer will be solely responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as bank charges, customs fees, or tax returns.

Where can I receive my purchase?


The delivery address can be different from the buyer’s address, which can be useful for gift-giving or for receiving the order at work, or if the buyer is away from his or her usual home.

Your purchase will be sent to the delivery address you provide in your shipping information.


We offer pickup at our physical store in Lloret de Mar. You can select the “pickup in store” option, and we’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup. This option is completely free.


If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will contact you by phone or email to arrange delivery. It is important that we have your complete information so we can contact you.
